All orders are shipped from Serbia to the United States via DHL Express Worldwide.

Shipping Costs and Import Fees

All prices displayed on our website are final prices and already include:

• Product cost
• Packaging
• Shipping
• All U.S. import taxes and tariffs

You will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

Delivery Time

• Production time: 10-12 business days (larger or custom projects may take a few days longer; you will be informed in advance if so).
• Order preparation: 1-3 business days for safe packaging.
• Shipping time: 3-5 business days via DHL Express Worldwide once your order is ready.

Delays

In rare cases (holidays, customs delays, or global shipping disruptions), delivery may take longer. If 30 business days pass without delivery, we will file a claim with DHL. If your package is confirmed lost or damaged, you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement product.
